Today some theory about proper treatment of your maids. Every more weahlty houshold may have one or more maids.

Besides maids serve due to cleaning, washing and care in general for the good shape of the house, they need some attention by there employers also.

Maids tend to be lazy on the duties they get from you. You should always be strict, and not let them get lazy in any way. For that punishment should be used - to let the maid know that she has done something wrong.

Besides that it can be very helpfull to administer to a maid a repeating maintenance, best on one fixed day of the week. The reason to do that is to get the Maid in a mood of behaviour modification.

Once a week you should find some time, to administer a mild but still impresive punishment. It gives structure to the maids life. Additional it gives the maid help not to struggle with negative emotions, as some maids feel sometimes degraded, especially when beeing new on the job. It remind them about there position of the household. Additional it reminds the maid also to behave es expected and not beeing rude.

How to administer the maintenance Punishment?

One of the easiest way to do this, is a weekly pre-determined time put aside to spank your maid.  If she has been good, and she questions this, just tell her that this is just the way it is and that at this specific time that you set, you expect her to be waiting in the room you designate with her uniform off at the appointed time.

You can even make her wait, and punish her harder if she fails to wait thinking you forgot about it.

When you administer the spanking, instead of going over things thatshe did not do well that week, let her know that you are quite pleased with her behaviour this week, but that this spanking will make sure that she keeps it up.

Let her know you like her as you spank her, and that this is for her own good. To add a bit more control, when you are done, send her to the corner for a timeout for a period you want, and give her a chore to do right after his timeout is over.

What tools to use to administer the maintenance spanking?

In general as the discipline happen every week, or month. And even it is done if the maid behave well, you should take some mild form of punishment. So using the bare hand and put her over you lap is fine. A hairbrush, a wooden paddle, or a leather strap or belt can be also be used.
